Quality & Safety
Quality, health and safety, and information security are not separate promises at Espada — they are parts of the same delivery discipline. We keep people, outcomes and reliability in one frame.
Integrity in quality
The reliability and disciplined execution of our operations is the standard Espada aims to be known for.
- We hold strategy, organisation, processes and systems together with performance management, leadership, culture and continuous improvement.
- We run activities to meet stakeholder needs and expectations, and plan objectives within a frame of risks and opportunities.
- We follow scientific and technological progress — and encourage useful innovation in practice and with our partners.
- We keep communication open with stakeholders, teams and subcontractors — and regularly assess the quality of products, services and processes from suppliers and partners.
Occupational Health & Safety Policy
At Espada, people’s health, safety and working comfort come first. That care is not limited to our employees — it extends to subcontractors, visitors and the partners we work with.
Our aim
To minimise accidents, harm to people or assets, and security gaps.
- Assess risks in advance
- Take the right measures and provide resources in light of good practice
- Verify through checks that measures are applied
- Improve continuously
Leadership responsibility
- Treat the team’s health and safety as a natural part of the work
- Set measurable targets and review them regularly
- Provide the resources needed for safe workplaces and uphold legal requirements
- Raise awareness through training and consultation — and support employee participation in decisions
Everyone’s responsibility
- Follow company procedures and legal requirements from start of work through completion
- Be responsible for one’s own health and safety and that of others who may be affected
- Report unsafe conditions and behaviours, near misses and work-related illness
- Look out for one another without a blame culture — and not allow unsafe behaviour
Information Security Policy
Our projects and activities require the right information, at the right time, under controlled access. Protecting the systems and environments that hold that information is a core responsibility for Espada.
- We aim to manage the confidentiality, integrity and availability of valuable information with minimal disruption.
- We assess risks and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures.
- The policy applies to employees, service providers and guests who access Espada systems.
- Everyone is responsible for protection against unauthorised access, not sharing information without permission, and ensuring only authorised use.
- Leadership owns the application of the policy, its periodic review and the provision of necessary resources.
Shared frame
Programme, safety and quality held together.
On complex work, speed and care need not compete. For Espada, delivery means carrying safety, quality and information security together without breaking the programme.
