Commercial Communications Consent

By ticking the relevant box on the website or in an electronic medium and continuing, I CONSENT to Espada Construction (“the Company”) sending commercial electronic messages and other communications — in accordance with applicable law — to the contact addresses I provide during visits, enquiries or other interactions and may later provide (phone, mobile, email, WhatsApp), including for information, marketing, and announcement of products, services and general or specific opportunities, based on processing of my personal data as described in the privacy notice. I understand I may stop communications at any time without giving a reason by using the opt-out (Reject) method stated in SMS / email / WhatsApp messages (or in any system established by competent authorities).

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce: records of withdrawal of consent are kept for 1 year from that date; the content of commercial electronic messages and all other related dispatch records are kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when required. After these periods, the Company destroys the data.
