Where we build

Construction and contracting are Espada’s backbone. Across buildings, industrial facilities and infrastructure, we take work from early framing through site execution and handover — keeping interfaces readable and decisions accountable.

Heavy equipment on an active civil works site
  1. Roads, junctions, bridges, tunnels and rail-related civil works. Progress is sequenced for programme clarity and safe site flow — especially where live corridors and public interfaces raise the stakes.

  2. Production and industrial environments where structure, services and process interfaces must stay aligned. We prioritise constructability, access logic and a close-out that leaves the asset ready to operate.

  3. Complex buildings, business centres, education and healthcare campuses, residential and mixed living. Design intent is protected through detailing, coordination and disciplined finishes — so the opening day is not the first day the building works.

  4. Civil packages where utilities, traffic and site logistics must move as one system.

  5. Structural and civil works around energy and process facilities — interface-heavy, sequence-critical.

  6. High-rise and complex structural packages delivered with tight control of tolerances and temporary works.

Design and construction under one accountable path — fewer handoffs, earlier clash detection, faster decisions when the ground changes.

Your role

You set the brief and budget and approve material choices; we design and build.

Delivery path

A disciplined path from the first question to close-out — so the site never runs ahead of the plan.

  1. 01

    Frame

Scope, constraints and success criteria made explicit before mobilisation.

  2. 02

    Engineer

Constructability and sequencing tested early — so drawings hold on site.

  3. 03

    Procure

Long-lead items and interfaces planned with the programme, not after it.

  4. 04

    Build

Site control with clear accountability — safety, quality and pace in one rhythm.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Commissioning, documentation and close-out treated as part of delivery — not an afterthought.

Let’s talk about your project

Start with three quick questions — we’ll shape the rest together.
